Requests & scheduling

• Submitting a request through this site does not create a binding service contract until we confirm scheduling with you.
• Response and same-day availability are offered where possible but are not guaranteed and may vary by demand and location.
• A trip charge or scheduling terms may apply depending on your location and the scope of work.

Estimates & fees

Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and the anticipated scope of testing. Final fees may vary with property size, number of samples, and lab analysis required. We will communicate applicable charges before work begins.

Testing results & reports

Our reports reflect conditions observed and samples analyzed at the time of inspection. Results are provided for informational and documentation purposes and do not constitute a warranty regarding future conditions, nor medical, legal, or remediation advice. Environmental conditions can change after testing.

Client responsibilities

• Provide safe, reasonable access to the areas to be inspected.
• Disclose known hazards or relevant history of the property.
• Use our reports and recommendations at your own discretion and in consultation with qualified remediation or medical professionals where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFW Air Quality Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site, our services, or our reports. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
